📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
    Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or unavoidable circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver across Bangladesh.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.

🔄 Failed Delivery / Re-attempt

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • ChaaLuck reserves the right to cancel orders after multiple failed delivery attempts.

📞 Customer Responsibility

  • Please provide accurate address and contact details while placing your order.

  • ChaaLuck will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

📦 Parcel Condition

  • Customers are requested to check the parcel in front of the delivery person.

  • Any issues must be reported immediately. Claims made after delivery may not be accepted.

  • ChaaLuck is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.
